This is the OOC of "Counting the Days". I will lay on a bit information on here for the secret keepers and the terminally ill. To get suspense out the way, yes at least half the character are going to die. Now onto the important information:

The Secret Keepers
Yes, everyone have skeletons in their closets but these guys have full blown rotten corpses meaning that they have secrets that would normally make the hairs on the average person stand at the slightest thought of it. Thinking up of a horrible secret is probably one of the fun parts but just to make it harder and more interesting each secret keeper has three secret that they will tell over time or blurt them all out in one time, your choice. Not only is the story focusing on their secrets in await for it be told but also on how they will cope, how the others will cope, and if the secret keeper and the one they trust will be able to manage through it.
Secret One: The least horrid secret but still nerve wracking.
Secret Two: Bone chilling and the one leading up to three.
Secret Three: The worst skeleton they have in their closet.

The Terminally Ill
The terminally ill are individuals that have contracted a disease or had a disease that have now just been spotted and there is either no way of ridding themselves of it or there is such a slim chance and such a big risk that they are not even going to attempt treatment. The fun thing about this is that illnesses don't always act the same (I watch too much House M.D.) so even the most simplest illness can cause traumatic effects so if you want a particular illness and either you or I don't feel like it's life threatening enough you can always twist it up making it a rare case. No two people can have the same illness. The story will not only focus on when the victims tell someone of their illness but also on how the others ill cope, and will play out the damage the illness will make their body go through until it can't go on any longer. I will post three illness advancement posts within the story resulting in:
Stage One: This is the beginning stage, basically the small symptoms begin in this stage. There must be at least one post out of every five posts that the illness causes a symptom or incident.
Stage Two: This is the mediate stage or the stage where the illness and symptoms intensify. There must be at least one post out of every three posts that the illness causes a symptom or incident.
Stage Three: This is the climax stage, the stage just before the character dies, the stage when the illness is at its peak. Every post must contain a symptom or incident resulting from the illness.

They only matter when they hurt & they only hurt when they matter
